Al-Muhaqqiqud Damad yace a cikin rashiha ta 29 a rawashih dinshi :
  “Ana cewa hakika ya kasance daga al’adan ma’abuta Al- usul (wato Al-Usul Al-Arba’u Ma’a) idan suka ji daga daya cikinsu A’immah(as) wani hadisi guda daya,suna yin gaggawa a wurin “dab’d” din shi a cikin usul dinsu ba tare da jinkiri ba –hadisin suka rubuta ko ba shi bane?koko wani abu suka rubuta?da ma’ana ko da lafazi?Shi suka rubuta da lafazi,wannan shi ake ce ma “Taqrir” ko “taqaarir”.
Maraja’ dinmu (quddisa sirrahum) idan suna bahas dinsu kharij muhadara suke yi,darasi suke yi suna magana,to,dalibansu suke rubuta abubuwan da suke fadi a zaune a wurin,sai ka ga ya zama littafi juz’I dari.
Al-Mirzan Na’iniy misali,lokacin da yake ilqa’in bahsin shi kharij,daga cikin dalibanshi akwai As-Sayyidul Ku’iy sai yana rubuta “taqrir”,sauran dalibai ma suna rubutawa,kowane dalibi yana rubuta nashi taqrir din wanda ya ji daga bakin malaminshi.Kaman a ce Ash-Shahidus Sadar yana ilqa’in bahsosin shi akan Usulul Fiqh,daliban shi da suke zaune a wurin suna rubutawa,saboda haka zaka ga dalibin yana alfari yana cewa wannan shine “taqrir” din Ash-Shahidus Sadr wanda na rubuta a gabanshi,yanzu ya zo yana yin darasi dashi.
Tun lokacin na da ma,kaman a ce Al-Mirzan Na’iniy yana ilqa’in bahsul kharij,me suke yi daliban?Ba shi yake rubutawa,su suke rubuta taqrir,to,As-Sayyid Ku’I shima ya rubuta taqrir din Al-Mirzan Na’iniy,lokacin da aka tattara shi sai ya zama Bahsul Kharij na Al-Mirzan Na’iniy sai aka sanya mashi suna “Ajwadul Taqriraat” wato mafi kyawo daga cikin duka taqaarir din “dullab”,wato “dalaba” da “talamiz” din Al-Mirzan Na’iniy.
To,haka As’habul Usul suke yi,daga wurin su aka koyo wannan.Me suke yi?Suna gaggawa wajen rubuta duk hadisin da suka ji daga A’immah.Shine hadisin ko ba shi bane?Basa tara hadisi daya,biyu,uku,hudu,biyar suce bari su rubuta,daya sai su rubuta,in ya kara fadin wata magana sai su rubuta,aikin su kawai shine “dab’d”.
Al-Muhaqqiqud Damad ya cigaba da cewa:
“To,wa’yannan mizozin da suke same a cikin wa’yannan asullan dari hudu da mawallafansu su suka sanya malamanmu suka tafi ya zuwa ga cikakken muhimmantarwa dangane da sha’aninsu (wato Al-Usul )-wato “ihtimal at-tam”da sha’anin Al-Usul din ta hanyar karantawa,suna mahimmantar da karanta Al-Usul din-karantawa da rawaitowa saboda basa shakkan abinda yake cikinsu,da kiyayewa,da inganta su-wato su ce ingantattu ne-da kuma basu kulawa fiye da yanda suke kula sauran littafai,da kuma fifita Al-Usul din akan sauran littafan da aka rubuta –“Al-Musannafat” a nan da ma’ana “Ammah lugawiyyah”,ba wancan ma’anar “musdalaha” ba.Da muka ce “gairiha minal musannafat” kar kace wasu daga cikin musannafat din Al-Usul,Al-Musannafat a nan da ma’anarsu na lugah.
Al-Usul ba kananan littafai bane,”jawaahir” ne,sunansu dinne Usul,wato maraja’.Da muka ce maka Al-Usul me muke nufi da Al-Usul?Al-Maraji’ul Awwaliyyah  na littafan riwayanmu muke nufi.
Abinda yake nuna mana wannan muhimmantarwan cikakka da (malaman) suke yi ma wa’yannan Al-Usul din shine kebance su Usul din da sannafa masu “fihris” na musamman nasu,wato suna rubuta fihris din Al-Usul Al-Arba’u Ma’a daban,sannan sai su rubuta na sauran littafai,basa hada su.
Ana so ka gane wa’yannan sune Al-Usul,wa’yannan sune wasunsu.Wasunsu bamu ce maka basu da kima ba,amma basu kai wannan ba.Abinda ke nuna mana wannan shine yanda suke kebance Usul din da sannafa fihris musamman nasu,sannan sai su sannafa na sauran littafan,daya kenan.
Sannan kuma suna kebe littafan Al-Usul Al-Arba’u Ma’a daga barin dukkan sauran tarsashin masu riwaya da masu rubutu ta hanyar dawwana tarjamominsu mustaqila(daban)-In muka ce tarjama wato ta’arif,fadin ahwal na wannan rajul din.Suna rubuta taraajim din ma’abuta Al-Usul “mustaqillatan”,mustaqillan a littafai daban.Sannan sauran tarjamomin rijal sai rubuta shi a wasu mudawwanat na daban.Su ajinsu na daban ne,girmansu na daban ne,saboda abinda suka yi iktisabi na fadiloli da kamaloli da kuma amana da wasaqa.
Misali,kaman yanda Sheikh Abul Husain Ahmad Ibn Husain Ibn Ubaidullah Ibn Gada’iriy wanda yake yayi zamani da Ash-Shaikhud Dusiy ya sannafa fihris da taraajim na ma’abuta daban mustaqillan.
