DAWWANA HADISI A WAJEN MALAMAN SHI’AH

Mawallafin Littafin(Al-Wasa’il)  ya fara ne da hadisan muqaddimomin ibadu, wato abinda ake yi kafin a fara ibadoji. Sannan sai ya jera hadisan hukunce hukunce, wato ina so in ce sai ya jera babobin littafan akan jerin hukunce hukuncen fiqhu, wato daga Ad-Dahara zuwa Ad-Diyarat. Sai ya zama littafin Kaman littafin fiqhu yake. Sannan ana cewa kowane babi ko hadisan farko a babin zai zama wannan shine ra’ayin shi a babin, saboda haka Kaman littafin fiqhu ne.
Kai a taqaice, a cikin duniyar shi’a gabaki daya wannan shine littafi da ya fi kowane tattaro hadisan halal da haram, wato hadisan Ahkam. Duk Faqih baya wadatuwa daga Al-Wasa’il. Kuma shine littafin da yafi kowane littafin da ya fi tattaro hadisan Ahkam. Kuma shine littafin da ya fi kowane littafi kyautata jera wa’yannan hadisan na Ahkam. Saboda haka idan kana so ka samu littafin hadisan Ahkam daga Ad-Dahara ko daga muqaddimah din Ad-Dahara har zuwa Ad-Diyat me kake bugata? Kana bugatan Al-Wasaa’il.
Wa’yannan hadisan ne malamanmu suke ijtihad da istimbad a cikinsu. Su inganta, su bada ra’ayoyinsu. Har (Al-Wasaa’il) ya fi Al-Wafiy da Al-Bihar a tattaro hadisan Ahkam da kuma jera su mafi kyawun jeri. Ta ina ya fi Al-Wafiy? Ta ina ya fi Al-Bihar? Saboda taqaituwar Al-Wafiy akan tattara abinda yake a cikin Al-Kutubul Arba’a kawai kuma su akan sabanin sabawar tartibin da aka saba dasu a cikin su Al-Kutubul Arba’a din, wato ya caccakuda su, wannan dangane da Al-Wafiy kenan. Me yasa Al-Wasaa’il ya fi shi? Ya fi shi akan kyawun tartibi.
Kuma ya fi Biharul Anwar ne saboda taqaituwar shi Al-Bihar din a kan hadisan da basa cikin Al-Kutubul Arba’a. Hadisan Al-Bihar wane hadisai ne? Hadisan da basa cikin Al-Kutubl Arba’a. Amma shi Al-Wasaa’il ya hada da hadisan da suke cikin Al-Kutubul Arba’a da kuma dukka ko kusan dukkan hadisan Ahkam sannan kuma ya hada da “juda” din tartibi. Shi yasa ya fi Al-Wafiy saboda muwasaqan mu akan tartibin shi, ya fi Al-Bihar saboda taqaituwan shi da hadisan da basa cikin Al-Kutubul Arba’a.
Mu’akazan mu ta biyu akan Al-Bihar- da muka ce “mu’akaza” muna nufin bambamcin shi da Al-Wasaa’il- itace tare da cewa bugu da kari mafi yawancin hadisan shi (Al-Bihar) ba hadisan Ahkam bane- wato akwai na Ahkam amma mafi yawancin su ba na Ahkam bane. Na farko bai dogara akan Al-Kutubul Arba’a ba. Na biyu mafi yawancin hadisanshi ba akan maudu’in Ahkam bane, shi yasa muka ce Al-Wasaa’il ya fi a nan wurin.
Saboda haka dangantakan wannan “jaami’e” din- wanne Jaami’e? Al-Wasaa’il- dangane da sauran “jawaame’e” wato dukkan sauran littafan da suke a wannan kasafin wanda suka zo daga baya(wato Al-Jawaami’ul Muta’akhkhirah” shine Kaman dangantakan Al-Kafiy ya zuwa ga dukkan sauran Al-Kutubul Arba’atul Mutaqaddima. Kenan, tsaran Al-Kafiy a cikin Al-Kutubul Muta’akhkhirah shine- tsara majazan muke nufi, ba haqiqatan ba, ba tsaran shi bane saboda shi muta’akhkhir yake. Al-Jawami’ul Kabira muka ce sun kasu kasha biyu; kasha na farko sune Al-Mutaqaddimah daga cikinsu, kasha na biyu kuma sune Al-Muta’akhkhirah daga cikinsu.
Al-Kafiy a cikin su hudu na farko shine sarki shine shugaba. A cikin wa’yanda suka zo a baya Al-Wasaa’il shine shugaba. A jeri na farko daga cikin Al-Jawami’ul Kabirah wanda suke Al-Mutaqaddimah babbansu shine Al-Kafiy, sannan sauran. Su kuma hudun gabaki dayansu din su kuma sun wuce a mataki wa’yannan da muke Magana akansu a yanzu, saboda haka kowane ka san yanda zaka ajiye shi. Al-Bihar da Al-Kafiy wanne ya fi wani a wajen mu?
Al-Wasa’il ya sake yin kama da Al-Kafiy kuma a mudda din da aka dauka a wurin hada shi zuwa shekara 20. Shi a cikinshi sai da aka yi shekara 20 kafin mawallafinshi ya kammala hada shi. Zaka iya duba Az-Zari’ah Ila Tasaanifish Shi’ah. Hadisi 35,850 Al-Wasa’il ya kunsa.
3. BIHARUL ANWARIL JAAMI’ATI LI DURARI AKHBARIL A’IMMATIL AD’HAR
Wannan ne muke ce mashi Biharul Anwar a taqaice. Na Ash-Sheikh Muhammad Baqir- shi yasa muke ce mashi Al-Baqirul Majlisi- dan Muhammad Taqiy Al-Majalisiy. Ya rasu a shekara ta 1,110h . Yaushe  Al-Hurrul Amuliy ya rasu? Muka ce 1,104h. Wannan shi kuma 1,110h. Al-Hurrul Amuliy ya rasu shekara 6 kafin  Al-Majlisiy.
Ash-Sheikud Dahraniy yace dangane da Al-Bihar cewa shine jaami’in littafi- da muka ce jaami’e muna nufin wanda ya tattaro- wanda ba a rubuta ba gabaninshi da kuma bayan shi wani jaami’I irinshi. Yanzu yanzu muka ce Al-Wasaa’il ya fi shi, me kake nufi da wannan? Zai fada maka me yake nufi. Ba rubuta wani jaami’I irinshi ba gabaninshi da kuma a bayanshi har zuwa yau dinka din nan. Me yasa?
Domin bayan tattaro hadisai ya kuma hada (wato Al-Bihar) da tahqiqoqi da bahsosi da ijtihadoji daqiqa yana fadin ra’ayinshi, yana bayani, darussa. Ba ardin hadisai kawai yayi ba. Bayan ardin hadisai sannan yayi ta’aliqoqi akan hadisan, wato tahqiqoqi daqiqa sosai (precise) da bayanoni da kuma sharhohi a kan hadisan. Ba kawai “mutun” ne na hadisai ba, akwai tahqiq ko tahqiqaat da bayanaat da shuruh na hadisai. Sharhohi masu tsawo. Yawanci ba a samun irin wa’yannan sa’ayin a waninshi. Wani zaka ga hadisan ne kawai.
